How do I register?

  • Online Registration opens January 11th. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the Registration Information on this page and review the Online Registration Instructions,

OR

  • Download the Conference newsletter (an online version appears below), which contains the mail-in registration form and mail your registration to us along with your payment. Registrations will be processed, beginning January 11th, in the order in which they are received. Newsletters were mailed to 2012 members (and many 2011 members) in early January.

Please NOTE: You need to log in as a member on the web site to register for conference, in order to avoid paying the non-member registration fee, which is $75 higher than the member rate. If you need to renew your membership, you can renew and register at the same time using our online store, OR print and complete a Membership Form and fax it to NCATA (336-218-6338). If you're faxing or mailing your membership information, you'll have do to that before you register and receive the member discount. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

I'm nervous about online registration, but really want to try it. What should I do? Print the Online Registration Instructions  and the Workshop Planner to make it easier to register online for conference.

How do I pay? And what if my school is paying? Can I still register online?

  • Full payment (we accept MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, & checks payable to NCATA) must be received with your mail-in registration form. You cannot pay online using a personal check.
  • Even if your school is paying, you can still register online. Just be sure the person arranging for payment follows the guidelines found online and on the School Pay-Purchase Order Group Fill-In Form.
  • The School Pay-Purchase Order Group Fill-In Form is designed for those managing payments by Schools and School Districts. Use this form to simplify the process of paying for multiple attendees using a school or school district check.

What does my Conference fee cover?
Registration for the NCATA Annual Meeting includes:

  • Educational Workshop Sessions
  • All General Sessions
  • Thursday Night and Friday Night Entertainment
  • Saturday Breakfast with Keynote Speaker
  • Saturday Awards Banquet
  • Access to vendors & displays

I'm not a member. Can I still come to Conference?

Sure, everyone is welcome, but you'll pay the higher non-member registration fee. You can join or re-join NCATA right now when you register online -- pay your dues along with your registration and save!
